A 1,000,000 sq ft mixed use project at full buildout consisting of 182,000 sq ft of retail, 280,000 sq ft of Life Science and office use as well as 456 residential units. At the time of acquisition, Public Market was a 30 year old office, retail and food hall supported by surface parking. The project had not been updated. We saw the opportunity to reimagine Public Market as the living room of Emeryville.
