Places That Feel Good Perform Better
about us
CCRP is a design-driven real estate investment and development firm with end-to-end expertise through acquisition, repositioning, construction, leasing, management, and disposition.
We primarily operate in the San Francisco Bay Area, Denver and Minneapolis, with a strong track record across the Western U.S. and Chicago.
CCRP acquires and repositions real estate that others overlook, transforming it into places where people choose to spend their time — and perform financially because of it.
If a place doesn’t feel good it doesn’t perform. All decisions balance the aesthetic appeal with function and profitability.
Our long-term relationships with best-in-class consultants from architects and designers to leasing agents, marketing, and contractors, allows for an integrated process.
Our extensive local market knowledge and hands-on approach to retail and office development has solidified connections with both globally recognized brands and local small businesses to attract and cultivate a unique mix of tenants.
Founded in 2000, we have developed and acquired over $2 billion of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties nationwide.
our philosophy
Build for People First
A good customer experience is the path to durable returns. Our design-driven approach begins with how the place should feel.
This informs architecture, interiors, finishes, materiality, tenant mix through to property management.
work with integrity
Our word is bond. Our leadership is hands-on across every deal, from acquisition through disposition.
Relationships are what make our buildings feel different. The intention and commitment given to each engagement is a direct reflection of our shared interest to build something meaningful and profitable without sacrificing one for the other.
deliver local expertise
We know how to balance market knowledge with innovative ideas. Each project is unique and adds to the fabric of where it resides.
We are fluent in all aspects of the project lifecycle – acquisition, design, entitlements, construction, leasing, and management; with the discipline to underwrite the experience and the financial return with equal rigor.
