Parker Innovation Hub is a three-building, 40,000-sq-ft innovation center that provides life science, advanced manufacturing, and office opportunities for first- and second-stage companies emerging from incubator space in the Berkeley area. We purchased the property with the intent of converting what had been an office project into a mixed-use, plug-and-play innovation center offering wet and dry lab, light manufacturing, and office opportunities.
