220 Post

220 Post is located on one of the premier retail blocks in San Francisco.  It had been the home of  Saks Fifth Avenue Men’s Store for more than 10 years. CCRP acquired the property as Saks vacated the property with the intent to convert it into a flagship opportunity for retail and office users.  

The work included entitlements for office use on the upper floors and modifications to an historic building. We installed new MEP systems, led the construction of a new roof deck overlooking Union Square, and introduced a new office lobby and elevator off Campton Street.
