100 grant

100 Grant is a 70,000 sq ft, five-story urban mixed-use office/retail project located on a prime street in the Union Square District. CCRP combined the ownership of three buildings into a single floor plate project with new MEP systems throughout. 

We created a new retail facade and a leasing strategy to attract the very best international retailers, significantly increasing revenue.
